1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is the company stated in the site footer. For data protection matters, contact us at the email in the Contact section.

2. What data we process

From the enquiry form we process in particular: company ID, organisation name, contact person's full name, email, optionally phone, the address of the tested system and the message text.

Technical data necessary for operating the website (e.g. server logs) may also arise.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process form data to handle your enquiry and possibly provide services — on the basis of contract negotiation and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

When providing paid services we also process data to perform the contract and meet statutory obligations (e.g. accounting).

4. Retention period

We keep data from unresolved enquiries for the time necessary to handle them, and for a reasonable period at most. Contract-related data we keep for the period required by law.

Data obtained during testing is kept only for the strictly necessary time and then securely disposed of.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal data with third parties, except for processors necessary for operations (e.g. hosting, email and payment infrastructure), while maintaining an adequate level of protection.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify or erase it, restrict processing, object, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

To exercise your rights, contact us at the email in the Contact section.

7. Cookies

The website uses only technically necessary cookies for its basic operation. We deploy analytics or marketing cookies only with your consent.
