This is a sample text. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launching the site.

1. Introductory provisions

These terms govern the use of the operator's website and the framework for providing penetration testing and security advisory services.

The operator is the company stated in the site footer. By using the website you agree to these terms.

2. Services provided

The operator provides penetration testing of websites, applications, network infrastructure and related advisory, on the basis of a separate contract or order.

The free entry test is a no-obligation demonstration of services in a limited scope determined by the operator. There is no legal entitlement to it.

3. Testing authorisation

Any testing is carried out solely on the basis of demonstrable authorisation by an authorised person and within a scope agreed in writing.

By submitting the enquiry form you confirm that you are authorised to order testing of the stated organisation, or that you have its consent. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information.

4. Client obligations

The client must provide truthful information and the cooperation necessary to deliver the service, and inform the operator of any limitations regarding the tested systems.

The client acknowledges that testing may exceptionally affect system availability and undertakes to arrange the necessary backups and operational cooperation.

5. Confidentiality and data security

The operator undertakes to maintain confidentiality about all facts discovered while providing the services and to handle data in line with the law and privacy principles.

The operator does not disclose discovered vulnerabilities without the client's consent.

6. Liability

Services are provided with professional care. By its nature, penetration testing cannot guarantee the discovery of all existing vulnerabilities or the absolute security of the tested systems.

The operator is not liable for damage arising from the client's incorrect or incomplete implementation of recommendations.

7. Payment terms

Prices and payment terms for paid services are agreed individually. Payments can be made by payment card or bitcoin via supported payment gateways.

The free entry test is not charged.

8. Final provisions

The operator reserves the right to amend these terms. The current wording is always available on this website.

Matters not governed by these terms are subject to the law of the Czech Republic.
